Waterview Subdivision is a place where everything is fresh, clean, and shiny.  As of 1-15-22, Waterview has sold 33-homes with 23-new homes remaining to complete or build.  We expect to have 6-8 homes for purchase in 2023 to complete the subdivision.

Little River Homes is excited to begin infrastructure on a residential home site that connects to Waterview.  We expect to have the Four-acre subdivision layout completed and approved around August of 2023.   We have been working with customers and using their feedback to improve our designs and further elevate our craftsmanship techniques. With feedback as our catalyst, we have simplified the construction process and improved upon our building systems and processes. Each and every week, we connect with customers and make them aware of what we are accomplishing during the building process. Right from the start, you will be updated on timelines, selections needed, and where to shop for your products.  Our amazing vendors and building partners will assist you in making quality selections in an orderly and calm format.
